details sofar about the merge between L-VI and RGMH

Recruiting:
Applicants will have to fill out an expierence letter.
That letter wil be discused by the veterans.

2:-
Applicant wil be invite in the tribe and be accountsitted.
During the accountsitting we look at the next things;

Batllereports (this tell us how he/she attacks and defends)
Buildings (this tells us if the person is using a building plan or not)
Under attack (we will be able to see if someone is under attack or not)
A friend will not be required to send in the expierence letter.

3:-
New members than get acces to the public tribe forum but not the hidden one.
After they have proven their loyalty they wil get acces to the hidden forum.
We name it the Veterans forum.
Their al things are discussed openly and every veteran can gives his opinion.
This includes the inviting of applicants.
The leaders make the decisions but let the veterans have a say in the proces
Decisions are made by the dukes with the aid of the barons. If its a desision that is a deadlock, than its the dukes who put it up for a vote among them selfs.

4:-
We will have 3 dukes and not more.

We fill our current tribe with active/supportive/agressive/communicative members.
Tru recruiting and merging we will try to gain more of those kind of players.

5:-
When the tribe has reached about 80 members, we split up in a sistertribe.
And than it al starts over again.
One training tribe may be developed for those applicants lacking expierence.
In total we will not have more than 4 tribe's, that include the training tribe.
If we can merge two sister tribes together we will do so.
Object is to have a small as tribe possible whitout losing on active/supportive/agressive/communicative players.
Communications tru sistertribes wil be done tru external forum, tru pm messages, tru chat (irc orso)

6:-
We wil settup a relocation program for those members willing to move to one of our core's
Tru smart nobeling and merging we wil try to let our pockets (core's) grow together.


Groupsystem where we divide the members into small groups, we want to incorperate that in the new tribe?
If so i suggest that we make the groups grow towards each other and than make one group out of two. At the end we would have than only one group, that would be the intire tribe :-)
